Espriu Legal is a Barcelona law firm focused on business law and intellectual property.

Founded in 2015 by lawyers with over fifteen years’ experience at leading international firms, with one idea: to deliver the highest-quality advice with attentiveness you feel from the very first contact.
We work this way by conviction. We take on a limited number of clients so we can truly understand their business and be available when needed. Every matter is led personally by one of our lawyers, with no intermediaries, at every stage.
How we work
Close client relationships.
Clients always deal directly with the lawyer responsible for their matter. We respond promptly and communicate clearly, without unnecessary legal jargon.
Technology and artificial intelligence.
We incorporate artificial-intelligence tools into our day-to-day work—legal research, document review and initial drafting—to work more efficiently and cover more ground. Technology enhances our capabilities; it does not replace professional judgement. Every output is reviewed and signed off by a lawyer, and we apply the necessary safeguards to protect the confidentiality of our clients’ information.
Network of specialists.
No firm does everything, and we do not pretend otherwise. For matters outside our core areas—such as tax, succession, criminal or employment law—we coordinate leading lawyers and specialists under our supervision and with the same standards of quality and service.
English, the language of business.
International business is conducted in English, and so are we: we advise, negotiate and draft in English with the same confidence and proficiency as in Spanish. For international clients, this ensures that they understand every nuance of their matter; for Spanish clients, it enables them to operate smoothly in the global market. Upon request, we provide documentation in a Spanish-English parallel-column format.
