Before founding Espriu in 2015, Gonzalo spent over 20 years practicing at the most prestigious international law firms (Garrigues, Paul Weiss, Clifford Chance, Squire Patton Boggs) focusing on the legal advice to all kind of businesses with national and international share capital. He specializes in several practice areas: international commercial contracts, corporate transactions (acquisitions, mergers, restructuring) and public procurement.<\/p>\n

Gonzalo has accompanied the implementation of a large number of international companies in Spain and completed important commercial transactions acting as principal adviser in representation of either party at the transaction. He is Secretary to the Board to a number of companies.<\/p>\n

All along his career, Gonzalo has developed his own experience as advisor to a broad range of private clients both national and foreign. From Espriu, he manages a network of specialists in fields as diverse as tax, trusts and succession, immigration, criminal law, etc capable of delivering swift and clear answer to any given query.<\/p>\n

Blanca worked for more than ten years in the legal department of Cromosoma, a company that was a leader in the national and international animation sector, advising on the management and negotiation of distribution and marketing agreements for all types of audiovisual works, acquisition of rights, licensing contracts. and publishing as well as the intervention and defense in judicial and extrajudicial conflicts. Previously, she practiced law at the Enrich Advocats law firm and at the Sociedad General de Autores y Editores (SGAE).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She currently works as a lawyer specializing in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and New Technologies and collaborates, among others, with companies focused on the entertainment and innovation sector, such as production companies, VOD platforms, software development companies, promoters of events, concerts and theater, record companies, publishers, authors, artists, etc. At the same time, she has participated as a teacher in the postgraduate program Content Creation for New Audiovisual Media, as well as in the degree in Audiovisual Communication at the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya).<\/p>\n

Blanca is a member of ALADDA (Literary and Artistic Association for the Defense of Copyright) and a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.<\/p>\n
